Price is for ONE 2 + oz (60 +ml) bottle Virgin 100% Certified Organic Cold Pressed ROSEHIP Seed Oil with a pump. We offer 2 different types of organic cold pressed 100% Rosehip Seed Oil. This Rosehip oil is a golden orange color and not quite as thick as the darker red orange Rosehip Oil which I will call Rosehip Oil Concetrate . Both of our Rosehip Oils are wild crafted organic and considered vegan because no animal products are used in producing, it is cruelty free meaning non animal tested, non gmo (meaning it is not genetically modified), non irradiated (no radiation). Both do an excellent job. Just a matter of personal preference, some people like the ligher color, thinner consistency of this rosehip oil as it tends to be more invisible when putting on and absorbs easily has all the great benefits of rosehip oil. Both are the Highest Quality Rosehip oil available!
We have sold thousands of bottles of this and our listings sometimes get bought out but we always try to keep this in stock. It is a superb skincare oil!
Dr Oz recommended cold pressed rosehip oil for your skin on his show on 2 13 14. I try to always have this in stock, have used it and carried it for years in salon. It is wonderful for your skin!

Out of necessity I have to add this at the top of the listing now because some people have not researched rosehip oil and think it might smell like vegetable oil or a french fry one review said ( LOL first time I had heard that).... when in fact it has very earthy smell. Remember this is an Organic product!! Our rosehip oil is extremely fresh! We order new rosehip about every month because we want to have the freshest rosehip oil for our customers! Shelf life is 10 to 22 months but in my research I have read where it is good up to 5 years stored correctly out of sun and heat. My personal feelings is that I would not use after 22 months on the shelf, I would toss it and buy more.We sell ours with in the month so you are getting a fresh fresh product here! It is not rancid, nor is it a vegetable oil!!! I want to add that rosehip has a smell that can be strong sometimes or other times it is not just depends on the batch the time of year it was harvested, the kind of roses and so forth, but it does not smell like roses. I have had some where it smells strong and other that has hardly any smell. But it is a natural organic product so you will get variations like that in smell and the color of the oil can vary too. Most rosehip oil has a scent or smell since it is only 100% cold pressed organic rosehip oil and not scented with chemicals or anything that will cover up the natural smell. It is not a bad smell but it does have a distinct earthy smell. If one does not like the smell add a drop or 2 or pure lavender essential oil (which I also have listed for sale in my other listings), which is good for the skin and smells wonderful. I have also read reviews that if you store in the refrigerator it reduces the smell and it will also keep longer. So if you do not use everyday then store in the refrigerator. Some people love the smell just as it is, while others do not. It is matter of personal preference like anything.

Rose hips were brought to the New World by Spanish invaders where they took root and thrived. Rose hip oil (also known as rosa mosqueta) is a wine colored oil from the ripened fruit and seeds of the Rose Hip. It is extremely high in essential fatty acids and now has much respect among professional skin care journals and organizations. It has a high vitamin content and is a natural source of VITAMIN A AND HAS A HIGH CONTENT OF VTIAMIN C the active ingredient in MANY wrinkle treatments and many other skin care programs. It also contains high amounts of essential fatty acids, and antioxidants such as lycopene which help form the building blocks of healthy skin

Rosehip oil is an effective treatment for dry, weathered or dehydrated skin. It softens and minimizes scars and is the predominant natural oil used for treating wrinkles and aging. It can be used in all fine skin care recipes, or applied directly to the skin on its own with great success for any aging skin complaints.
Considering the irritation direct application of retinoic acid to the skin can cause, (rosehip seed oil does not actually turn into retinoic acid until after it is absorbed and your skin decides it needs some and converts it) and the fact that being unpatented, it is cheaper.
There is more data on rose hips as an anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, wound healing agent and in arthritis treatment. An interesting effect I noticed with rosehip seed oil was its ability to shrink pores. I was told nothing but microdermabrasion could do that, but I noticed Retinol did it and so does rosehip seed oil. The thing all three treatments have in common is the ability to peel of the top surface of the skin so the skin is forced to renew itself. Naturally that would appear to shrink pores considerably. Certainly I consider rosehip seed oil the treatment of choice for enlarged pores.

Rosehip oil reduces wrinkles and signs of premature aging. Helps to counter the drying effects of the sun which are usually first noticed in fine wrinkle lines or "crows feet" around the eyes and mouth. Evens tone and smoothes roughness. A natural moisturizer for dry, sensitive, allergic, sun damaged, problem skin conditions and daily skin care.
Improves surgical and accidental scars, restores normal skin color (reduces redness or hyper pigmentation). It also avoids the formation of the keloid type of scar (lump) which may appear after surgical procedures and helps to make less apparent old scars left by acne or chickenpox.
Provides excellent results in the treatment on burned skin or on skin that has been exposed to radiotherapy.

RoseHip Oil also has a high content of unsaturated essential fatty acids, namely oleic (15-20%), linoleic (44-50%) and linolenic (30-35%). They are called " essential " because our body is not able to reproduce them, and because they help to nourish and maintain a healthy skin. It is a superb tissue hydrator with a high absorbing level, penetrating dry skin almost instantly to restore a much needed moisture balance frequently lost by climatic and environmental conditions such as dryness and air toxicity.

Ask users of topical Organic Rosehip oil why they are such loyal fans and you a dozen different answers. One swears by it to treat eczema and psoriasis while another uses in place of a night cream to smooth her wrinkles. I have read in various magazines that Rosehip Oil is the best natural "anti-ager". One customer uses it for her son's occassional diaper rash and another has used it to sooth a sunburn and another has used it for treating acne. It is a multi-tasker where it comes to skin care! It will help to heal woulds, moisturzie skin, treat rashes, sunburns and minimze scarring!

Because Rosehip Oil so effective at bringing skin into balance, it's equally loved by those with severely dry skin as well as those with raging oily skin and uneven skin tone and pigmentation.

Instructions for Use:

Massage 1 to 2 drops of our Roship oil into clean damp skin or the affected area with your fingertips until it is completely absorbed. Do not get in eyes. Note, Unrefined Rose Hip Oil, due to its high carotenoids content, has the potential to show on skin and linens or washcloths if used too much plain or in high percentages in a formulation. Take this into consideration when using What I have found is if I use too much I can see this thick concentrated Rosehip Oil on my skin so I use less usually 1 to 2 drops or if using pump a small pump and rub in well and let it work it's goodness!

Rose Hip Oil applied twice a day every day for about three months reduces scar tissues, helps to prevent and reduce stretch marks, attenuates wrinkles & age spots.
Anti-inflammatory, improves burned skin.
Aids in the treatment of dermatitis that results from radiotherapy. Excellent to prevent photo aging and immediately relieve dry skin and eczema.

Rose Hip Oil can also be used on the hair and scalp for a hot oil conditioning treatment. It will improve the health and texture of the hair and help any scalp problems.

Our Rosehip oil is extracted using the cold press method. Cold Pressed is where heat is minimized throughout the rosehip seed oil extraction. This helps the oil maintain its original state, constituents, and depth. Although not a practical method of extraction for all oils on the market it is highly regarded as the extraction method of choice.

Shelf life -10 - 22 months but I have also read in my research it will last up to 5 years but I personally do not think that is true.

Because of its delicate nature and the cold pressed method of extraction, your rosehip seed oil should be kept in a cool place out of sun.

Also I would like to add that Pure Organic Rosehip Oil does have a kind of earthy sesame seed smell to it (for lack of a better description). It is not a bad smell but I wanted to let you know that this is 100% Pure Virgin Organic Rosehip Oil and it does have it's own unique smell to it.

In my research on Rosehip Oil in skin care I found this. It was published in 1988.
"Contributions to Identification and Application of Active Components Contained in Rosa Aff. Rubiginosa." by Dr B Pareja, and Dr Horst Kehl.
"Aged Skin (Photo-ageing) Changes produced on skin by the action of the sun, i.e. photoageing, are very common in all countries of warm climate. For this study, 20 women with surface wrinkles, brown spots on the eyelids and intensely tanned skin, aged between 25 and 35, who usually spend 3 months of summer in resorts by the beach, were assessed. All applied rose hip oil on the face for four months.
Significant changes were noted, starting during the third week. Firstly, surface wrinkles started to disappear, spots started to fade until, by the end of the last month, the disappearance was almost complete."

You would think, seeing as the wrinkles and age spots almost completely disappeared, we should be hearing about this miraculous substance all the time!
Perhaps because when you can sell presciption vitamin a cream for twenty times the price they do not want this secret out! Truly this is a awesome oil! Take care of your skin and try this to fight against aging skin. Try it for 3 or 4 months and watch the results unfold! You won’t want to stop using it!
We have sold Organic Rosehip Seed Oil for years on ebay, not just when it became popular. We are very picky and sell a high quality product with many many repeat customers. You will love our rosehip oil and what it does for your skin. :)
FYI Bottles may vary from the clear pictured to amber to blue depending on what I can get. Sometimes when I go to order bottles they are out of what I want so in order to keep product for sale I will use another style bottle or color bottle.
